Empanada recipe

Ingredients

• pre made dough
• 2 apples and 2 pears
• 1/2 block of king size chocolate
• 1/2 a cup of berries
• pinch of sugar and cinammon
• cooking spray

Equipment

• knife
• cup
• oven tray
• baking paper
• 7 cm diameter circle cutter
• chopping board
• rolling pin

Directions

1. pre heat oven to 250'c
2. Chop apples, pears and chocolate
3. Cut berries into little bits
4. Mix berries together with the apples, pears and chocolate
5. Roll the dough out flat
6. Cut circles out of dough with the circle cutter
7. Put berry mixture on half of each circle
8. Fold the circles in half and press the sides together
9. Spray cooking spray on top of the empanadas
10. Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar on the top empanadas
11. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes
